FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything people ask about Buckle Scrunchies for anyone who loves a satin scrunchie.

See how it works
01 What fabric are these silky scrunchies?

They are satin, which gives you the smooth, silky feel people look for in silk. Each one has a buckle that clicks open so it unwraps instead of sliding down your pony.

02 Is a silk or satin scrunchie better for your hair?

Both feel smooth, but the bigger difference is takedown. A satin Buckle Scrunchie clicks open and unwraps, so you are not dragging any fabric back through your hair.

03 Should I wear a satin scrunchie to bed?

Yes. Wrap it 2 times around a loose bun or pineapple at night, then press the buckle sides in the morning and let it unwind without tangles.

Why it works for anyone who loves a satin scrunchie

People shop silk scrunchies to protect their hair, but sliding even the softest scrunchie down a ponytail still drags strands with it. These satin Buckle Scrunchies give you that silky feel, a secure hold, and a buckle that clicks open so the scrunchie unwraps with no tangles.

How to use Buckle Scrunchies

1. Tying up your hair

  • Start with the buckle closed
  • Hold the buckle so you know where it is
  • Wrap 2 to 4 times around your hair like a normal hair tie
  • Buckle wraps around last, so it can be the first thing to come off!

2. Taking down your hair

  • Locate the buckle (should be around the outside loop)
  • Press the sides of the buckle with the fleshy part of your fingers to click it open
  • Hold both ends of the buckle if you have thicker or curlier hair so it doesn't get lost or tangled
  • Let it unwrap and twirl out of your hair. Remember, there's no need to pull anymore!
