Refund policy

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days to issue a refund and return your item after receiving it.

All sample orders are non-refundable. All orders made using Buy-Now-Pay-Later services, such as Afterpay or ShopPay with more than one payment installment, are not eligible for returns or returns except under the circumstance that the products are no longer available or that there is a shipping, delivery, or quality issue. If there is a quality issue after using Buy-Now-Pay-Later services, it must be reported less than 24 hours after delivery. 

RE.STATEMENT is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipment is paid by the customer. Outgoing shipping costs paid at original checkout will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method after the completion of the return.
